01Who runs this site

motionturn (motionturn.com) is an independent project. We decide how and why the personal data described here is used, so we are its controller. For any privacy request, write to info@motionturn.com.

02What we collect

• Access requests. The name, work email, company, team size and message you submit, whether you agreed to receive news, and the date.
• Using the connector. Your connection key, the time of each request, which tools were called, and the text Claude sends to the connector to plan a video (for example the goal, length or brand name). If you save a brand profile, we store the colours, fonts, voice, sound and notes you choose.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider logs basic data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.
• Emails you send us.

We do not receive your Claude conversations, your files or the videos you make, other than the text Claude sends to the connector while it works.

03Why we use it, and on what basis

• To review your request, give you access to the tool and contact you about it: your request to use the tool and our terms of use.
• To email you news about motionturn: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems: our legitimate interest in running a safe service.
• To meet legal obligations, where they apply.

04Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to third-party trackers.

05How long we keep it

We keep access-request data while you have access, and up to 12 months after our last contact if you don’t. Connector usage records are kept for up to 12 months. Brand profiles are kept while your access is active, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Then we delete the data.

06Sharing

We don’t sell your data. It is only processed by the providers we need to host the site and send email, under contracts that require them to protect it, or when the law requires us to disclose it. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it relies on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

07Claude and Anthropic

motionturn works inside Claude, which is a product of Anthropic. Your use of Claude itself is covered by Anthropic’s own terms and privacy policy, not by this policy. We are not part of Anthropic.

08Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw consent, by emailing info@motionturn.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority; in Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

09Security

We use HTTPS, private connection keys and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at once if you think your key has been shared or misused.

10Age

motionturn is for businesses and professionals aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

11Changes

Updates will be posted here with a new date. If a change matters for people testing the tool, we will also tell them by email.
