01About motionturn

motionturn (motionturn.com) is an independent service that connects to Claude through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and helps Claude turn your ideas and brand assets into motion videos. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Anthropic. Claude is a product of Anthropic.

02Accepting these terms

By requesting access to or using motionturn, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm that you can accept them for that company. You must be 18 or over and use motionturn for business or professional purposes.

03Free testing access

The tool is currently free, with a limited number of spots for testing. Access is granted by approval and can be ended or limited at any time. Paid plans may be introduced in the future. Anyone testing now will be told in advance before any change, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement. We may change, pause or remove features while we test.

04Your private connection

Your connection link works like a password. Share it only with people in your own organisation, who must also follow these terms. You are responsible for activity through your link. Tell us at once if it has been shared outside your organisation; we may replace or switch off a link at any time.

05Acceptable use

You must not use motionturn to:

• create anything unlawful, defamatory, deceptive or harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• impersonate a real person or organisation, or use another company’s brand, without permission;
• copy, extract, scrape, reverse engineer, resell or share the connector’s internal materials, such as its guides, references, prompts or methods;
• overload the service, get around its limits or access it in any way other than through your own connection.

When you use motionturn inside Claude, you must also follow Anthropic’s terms and usage policies.

06Your content and your videos

You keep all rights in the assets you provide, such as logos, colours, fonts, screens, music and voices, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. Videos made for you are yours to use, subject to any rights of others in the material you supplied and to the terms of any third-party services you choose, such as voice or music providers. You give us only the limited permission needed to process your content to provide the service.

07Our rights

All rights to the tool are reserved by its owner. This includes the connector, its guides and reference material, its methods, this website and the motionturn name and logo. During your access you have a personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the tool under these terms, and nothing more.

08Check before you publish

Videos are generated with the help of AI and may contain mistakes. Review every video before you publish it, including claims, numbers, spelling, rights in any material, accessibility, and the advertising rules of the platform where it will appear.

09No warranty

motionturn is provided “as is” and “as available” during testing. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for a particular purpose.

10Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, or for any loss arising from how you use the videos. Because access is free during testing, our total liability for any claim is limited to 100 euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer.

11Indemnity

You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs we face because of content you supplied or your breach of these terms.

12Ending access

You can stop using motionturn at any time. We can limit, pause or end your access at any time, and immediately if these terms are broken. The sections on our rights, your content, liability and governing law continue after access ends.

13Changes to these terms

Updates will be posted here with a new date. If a change matters for people testing the tool, we will tell them by email before it applies.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
